RusticTrailRider: The Great Outdoors is My Living Room

As a 37-year old male living in Canada, my life revolves around outdoor activities. I start my mornings with a cup of hot coffee, followed by a vigorous round of mountain biking. Birdwatching and photography are other hobbies of mine. In the evening, one might find me camping under the shelter of tall evergreens. The typical lumberjack look suits me well with my beard, flannel shirts, and traditional toque adding to the charisma.

Anyone with a shared interest for the great outdoors will get along fine with me. I am especially fond of people who can appreciate the calm of nature and the rush of adrenaline equally. A partner who could join me on my adventurous trips, share my tent, and pose for my pictures would be just perfect.

An ideal date for me would be a weekend trip to the Rocky Mountains. Early morning mountain biking, leisurely afternoons spent birdwatching, capturing the perfect moments through the lens, and curling up by the campfire under the moonlight.

I have had many experiences on the trails and in the woods, from white-knuckle rides down rocky mountain paths, to quiet moments watching a bird fly back to its nest. These experiences have taught me to love and respect the great outdoors and everything it has to offer.
